Do Work That Matters From Day One.
Most litigators spend their early years on a small piece of a very large case. We built Liu Shur Kravis to work differently. Our teams are small by design, so everyone, from our newest analyst to our senior partners, knows the facts, shapes the strategy, and has a hand in how the case is won. You’ll work directly with partners who have handled some of the most significant investigations and trials in the country—not three layers removed from them.
LSK isn’t for everyone. If you’re looking for a large training class, a structured rotation, or a defined role on a big team, other firms will suit you better. But if you want real responsibility at the center of the case, not on its edges, we want to hear from you.
We’re hiring for two roles.
Associates
You’ve built a foundation. Now put it to work. At LSK, you’ll talk to the client, take the deposition, and argue the motion, without waiting years for the chance.
We hire mid-level litigators, not lawyers straight out of law school. That’s deliberate: because you arrive with experience, we can give you genuine ownership from the start.
At LSK, you will:
Work on challenging cases. Our investigations and litigation matters are complex and often novel, and they reward creative, rigorous thinking.
Know the whole case. On a team of a few lawyers, you’ll help drive the strategy instead of handling one piece of a matter you never see in full.
Own your work. You’ll draft the key filings, build the arguments, work directly with clients, and see exactly how your work shapes the result.
Legal Analysts
Before law school, see what litigation and investigations really look like.
Most people who work before law school spend those years reviewing documents or providing administrative support. Our legal analyst role is different. It’s a “paralegal-plus” position for recent college graduates who want to be close to the facts, the strategy, and the action, and to do substantive work usually reserved for lawyers.
As a legal analyst, you will:
Dig into the facts. Build the factual record, conduct research, and turn large volumes of information into analysis attorneys rely on.
Be part of the strategy. Work side by side with attorneys as they prepare for witness interviews, client and government presentations, hearings, and trials.
See investigations and litigation up close. Follow complex matters from the first witness interview to the courtroom.
You’ll leave knowing whether investigations and litigation are right for you, with writing and analytical skills that carry straight into law school, and with attorneys who know your work and will vouch for it.
