Hundley focuses on complex civil litigation, government-facing disputes, and regulatory enforcement matters. He advises clients from the earliest stages of a matter through motions practice, trial, and appeal, drawing on his experience as a former federal law clerk at both the appellate and district-court levels.

Hundley has experience handling a wide range of commercial litigation, arbitration, and complex tort matters. He has particular experience representing regulated entities—including energy, technology, and healthcare companies.

Hundley also helps companies, organizations, and individuals navigate congressional inquiries, cross-border investigations, and high-stakes crisis situations.

Prior to joining LSK, Hundley was a litigation associate at Sidley Austin LLP. He clerked for the Honorable Diane S. Sykes, then-Chief Judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and for the Honorable Timothy J. Kelly of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
